Active member: a club that plans and participates in various extreme sports and nature-based excursions.
Her Campus Feminist Magazine– January 2024 – May 2025
Events Director: Work to plan and budget events and work with high-profile brands such as Keihl’s, Rare Beauty, and Function of Beauty Hair Care to receive sponsorships, serving as chapter ambassador.
Spiral Giving Intern, Westchester, NY -- September 2022 - August 2023
Board Member: Served as an undergraduate Intern and Board Member for a philanthropic organization providing grants to local non-profits. Responsible for organizing meetings and fundraising events and reviewing grant applications.
Speech and Debate -- Sept 2018 - Jun 2022
President - Responsible for leading, coaching, training and recruiting members of Byram Hills H.S.’s largest and most successful competitive honor society. Represented the school and NY State at regional and national competitions. Awarded over 100 trophies in Speech and Debate at state and national tournaments, including 21 First Place Awards in categories of Declamation, Prose & Poetry and varsity-level Original Oratory.
All-American
Recipient of the All-American Award from the National Speech and Debate Association, recognizing the top 25 student point earners in the country. In order to qualify, a student must have competed once at Nationals.
Academic All-American
Recipient of the Academic All-American Award from the National Speech and Debate Association, recognizing competitors who have achieved a total of at least 750 competition points and have maintained at least a 3.7 GPA.
District Student of the Year
Each NSDA District has the opportunity to name a District Student of the Year. Coaches may nominate a graduating senior who best represents the tenets of the Association’s Code of Honor: humility, equity, integrity, respect, leadership, and service.
Premier Distinction
Achieved the highest rank awarded by the National Speech and Debate Association to the top 2% of competitors.
Original Oratory: #2 in United States
Ranked #2 in the country by the National Speech and Debate Association in Original Oratory, in which competitors write, memorize and deliver a 10-minute persuasive speech.
